    Not working out for 10 days?? what can happen!

    Hey im a football player and i train my ass off and i was at the peak of my strengh..speed...and everythi else before i left to china.. and i ahvent really been able to workout because of jet lagg, and the food here is HORRIBLE>.... how long do you think it will take me to get back to form... any suggestions...

    You cant even do some push ups? Sit ups?

    Body weight squats...


    well, I dont think 10 days will hurt much..if at all any, but a little of something is better than nothing.

    push and sit ups at least if you can
