Is there anyway form of exercise similar to a deadlift that can be done with dumbells?
I just joined a core fitness type gym (it was my g/f's bday present for me so we could go together), but it's all machines and dumbells! I love circuit training, but between you all and me, not having barbells blows.
Since I like my g/f but love my deads, is there anyway I could simulate the movement w/o a barbell? Or maybe a less effective but similar exercise?
