okay when ever i workout my bicep after a few sets it gets really tight and then if i try to squeeze an extra set in i feel a poping and its not longer tight?what makes this happen?

WTF? That's not normal man...I really have no idea.Where is the popping? Is it in your bicep or in your joint?
Dude! could you be a little more specific on the problem is it actually your bicep muscle or your tendons, ligaments?
Are you warming up? tendons, ligaments and muscles all behave more elastically when they're warmed up properly…
I would be careful man, it could rupture if you push it to hard and that would suck. Maybe try lowering the amount of weight you curl.
time to see a physician.
you need to be a little more specific. is it a "crack your knuckles type poping" or what?
its the muscle that pops ...i guess its hard to explain if you dont feel it..
