What is the best thing to Do for your ABS?
What is some really good workouts for your abs and how many reps and sets?

use resistance and train your abs the same way as anything else when it comes to reps. I would do about 6 sets or so for abs and if you wanna really focus on them you could do it twice a week.

squats, cardio and diet
you probally already have abs its that you cant see them

I do weighted decline situps....about 3-4 sets twice a week
works me just fine.
but yeah, diet and cardio are the biggest factors in seeing the abs..

squats and janda situps. do a google search for 'janda situps'. bear in mind this is not even close to just a normal situp (which is shit).
