    Question What is the best thing to Do for your ABS?

    What is some really good workouts for your abs and how many reps and sets?

    use resistance and train your abs the same way as anything else when it comes to reps. I would do about 6 sets or so for abs and if you wanna really focus on them you could do it twice a week.

    one time i had my abs so sore, not an ab workout but from puking all night

    I do weighted decline situps....about 3-4 sets twice a week

    works me just fine.

    but yeah, diet and cardio are the biggest factors in seeing the abs..

    i add weighted crunches with a rope behind my head from a cable once a week. other than that...see above

    squats and janda situps. do a google search for 'janda situps'. bear in mind this is not even close to just a normal situp (which is shit).
