I'd have to agree. I've done back squats for 10 years so it's basically routine for me to do them. Plus you never hear how much do you front squat, but I've started putting more into my front squats in the last year. Not as Powerful and can't use as much weight, but from a performance point of few my legs have really started to come up; especially off the line speed.
Like Front Squats; give Oly Squats a shot.

"front" vs "back" ... is that the difference of holding the barbell on your upper chest vs across your shoulders?
I prefer olympic squats..to each their own...on a side note..front squats fruck up my shoulders
