back routine: 4 sets of heavy T bar rows 10-12 reps
2 sets of wide grip pullups, go to failure each set
2 sets of wide grip lateral pulldowns 6-8 reps
2 sets of cable rows(light weight burnout sets, 20-25 reps)

Sometimes I throw in rear delts here.. sometimes on shoulder day..
