    Does anyone have a favorite . . .

    If any of you have a back and bicep routine you really like could you post it? Ill give it a shot tommarow.

    back routine: 4 sets of heavy T bar rows 10-12 reps
    2 sets of wide grip pullups, go to failure each set
    2 sets of wide grip lateral pulldowns 6-8 reps
    2 sets of cable rows(light weight burnout sets, 20-25 reps)

    3 sets of WIDE grip pull ups 15 reps each
    3 sets of CG pulldowns 8-10 reps each
    4 sets of Tbar Row 10 reps each
    3 sets of Cable Rows- 10- 12 reps each
    Sometimes I throw in rear delts here.. sometimes on shoulder day..
