I live near Venice Beach here in California and there are a group of guys that just workout doing chins, dips ,etc. While not humongous, these guys are ripped to shreds! I also have noticed that rock climbers are super ripped. There seems to be some kind of correlation between bodyweight exercises and bodyfat. I don't know what it is but most people I have seen that do a lot of boydweight exercises have very low bodyfat. Same with Olympic gymnasts who do a ton of bodyweight exercises and are some of the leanest athletes in the world.
