Empty tank for 45 mins @ about 65-70% your max HR...
if you eat a pro/carb meal your body will burn up the carbs first since carbs is ur bodys #1 energy source...
if u wake up and do cardio on a empty tank ur body will tap into ur fat stores...make sure u do low intensity tho liek i said and u will be golden...

Why would you think eating a carb meal only 60 mins. before cardio would make the cardio beneficial for fat loss? Just curious as to what made you pose that question.

Yea sorry i just thought i read some where that u will lose muscle if you do cardio on will no food in the system, so is this ok upon waking i take nitrix then right away cardio for 30-45min then eat a pro/fat meal? i think im startin to get it

muscle milk good for post cardio meal/shake? then about hour later eat a pro/fat solid food meal? or should i drink muscle milk and pro/fat meal directly after cardio together then 2 -3 hours later pro/carb
Muscle milk is horrible if you are trying to cut.
Use real food.
