Any opinions on this, the reason I do this is I have a girl cover the salon in the morning from 10-2 & like to get in my workouts early. I eat a meal of chicken, broccoli & steamed patatoes before weights and eat breakfast before I do cardio (I know this is bad, but I get bad headaches if I don't eat breakfast, will keep trying not to eat first, but it is hard as hell)
My schedule 8:00 wake up
Salon & store (usually) 10-9
12:00 bed
Any hints or tips? (I'm tapped out money wise trying to staff both stores, so can't hire anyone till Dec. when the salon picks up) for the evening shift
The club is right next door (about 6 blocks?, I always walk there and back to get in even more cardio)
