Any opinions on this, the reason I do this is I have a girl cover the salon in the morning from 10-2 & like to get in my workouts early. I eat a meal of chicken, broccoli & steamed patatoes before weights and eat breakfast before I do cardio (I know this is bad, but I get bad headaches if I don't eat breakfast, will keep trying not to eat first, but it is hard as hell )
My schedule 8:00 wake up
Salon & store (usually) 10-9
12:00 bed
Any hints or tips? (I'm tapped out money wise trying to staff both stores, so can't hire anyone till Dec. when the salon picks up ) for the evening shift
The club is right next door (about 6 blocks?, I always walk there and back to get in even more cardio)
