hi hi hi there little droogies!!!
i do 2 sessions of cardio a day now, one AM and one pwo.
my question is, after the pwo cardio, would it be best to have my usual pwo shake (whey, dextrose, etc) or shouod i have whey with a slower digesting carb like oats?
for any who advise whey with oats, would I then proceed to have my ppwo nutrition an hour later as usual?
