upper abs
I'm trying to build my upper abs like right immediatly below my chest,any suggestions for excersizes would be greatly apprectiated.And also on my sides,like not my mobliques but above those.

Standing cable crunches, keeping your legs straight will focus the squeeze on the upper abs.

Are you taking about the serratus (above obliques)?

for those upper abs right under the pecs, I do declinced crunches with a dumbell and it's been working pretty well. I also take 20lbs dumbells on a decline bench, and expand my arms apart as if i were doing butterfly chest workout, and I start a crunch and halfway up in my crunch I start bringing my arms up and finish with the crunch and butterflies working together...I have gotten great results with this. Doing a light butterfly with it must stretch and make it work horizontally also. I have made them develope better once I've added that excersize..kinda made it up..but it works
