first of all.. i searched the first 10 pages and couldnt find a simular thread... so i decided to make my own.. sorry i didnt look in all the stickys.. but i didnt think it would be there anyway...

i have a fairly thick neck not really that fat... i dont have a double chin.. but its border lineing and its always been big and i just want to slim it down a bit.. i know general cardio will do it over time but im wondering if theres any specific or special things i can look into to change the matter... im sure alot of us in the mid/high 15-20 body fat people have this problem and would like to change too
