    Boxing Trainer

Does anyone know a good way to find a personal trainer for boxing?

It seems like I try google searching it, and all I get is crap.

Ok, I found a pretty good place...but now am questioning myself on what to take?

    Between Boxing, Thaiboxing, and MMA?

Im 5'10'', 185lbs if that has anything todo with it.

Im loooking for just an overall kickass workout, AND being able to kick ass and take punishment.

Any inputs would be great on what to take.
