Well my buddys thought they could take me. But shut them down easy.But I arm wrestled 6 of these guys many times on each arm. this was on monday night. Now my rotator cuffs are so sore I can barly lift any weights. also my elbow pits '' were the bicep meets the forearm'' are so sore I cant do curls period. The shitty part is I just started a cycle. I am only 2 shots in.Should I stop the cycle and resume when I can lift? I am iceing the spots right now. and useing icy hot. **** this sucks. HAS THIS HAPPEDED TO ANYONE OUT THERE. when can I lift?
