    Cardio Intensity Decreasing

A few stats: I am 44, 225 lbs, bf 15%, on hgh for life (currently 10 Iu's eod) also on trt 250 mgs Test E per week. Since January I have lost 31 lbs and my bodyfat had dropped over 15%. This has all been very positive, but my question is as my lbm has continued to increase my ability to do cardio has diminished to the point where I can only run 2-3 minutes even at 5 mph. lately I have been running 1 minute 3.5 mph and then 1 minute 6 mph. I have a resting heart rate of 74 and when I do cardio I keep it around 130-140. Why the decreased air to do cardio?

congrats on the transformation ............. as far as your cardio question ...... the more lbm you have ........ the harder your body has to work to circulate blood .......... that is pretty much all i can think of

quick question : Did u get put on HGH, and then start losing the weight ? ....... or were u already losing the weight and then got put on HRT ?

Initially I lost weight pretty fast, but not bodyfat. 60 days in I added HGH starting at 3 iu's ed and TRT about three weeks later. Body weight has pretty much stayed the same, or up some, but bodyfat is continuing to go down. I do cardio am and weights pm. Cardio 6-7 days per week and weights 3-4. Thank you!

try putting the incline up to about 10 degrees and walking at about 2.4 mph.
