Can a natural work out 6 days a week?

    low volume Monday through Saturday

8 sets for big muscles and 4-6 for small

    1 body part each day

    1.Back
    2.Quads
    3.Chest
    4.Hams
    5.Shoulders
    6.Arms

I have seen it done a few times but the people were taking in about 4000 calories.

i've been following that less is better than too much...imo...there are too many sets for large and small muscles. I'd go 3-4 for large and 2-3 for smaller muscles. I dont' see why you couldn't work out 6 days a week if you aren't overdoing it

Thanks for the replies, might try that. With that low of volume, the workouts would only last about 20-25 minutes, thas including warmup, workout and then stretching. Sounds preatty good, I might be able to gain some good strength of that, considering I am used to 12 sets for large groups and 8-10 for small, I am WAY overdoing it and have nothing to show for it.

To each their own different things work for different people. I was doin upper body three times a week, and lower twice it worked great. Then I started listening to people who said it was too much. I went to each body part once a week and lost size, then tried the Iron Man Hit routine and it was garbage didnt even get a workout, total waste. Im thinkin about trying arnolds workout for me I seem to need to really beat on myself to get gains.
