    fine tuning biceps and quads.

    hey guys wanted to get advice on a couple issues i have. i have been bulking for a while and want to fine tune a bit. im looking for exercises to help with outer biceps and the front tie in on the upper quad.

    do close grip curls to hit more of your outer biceps, and try close stance squat to blast more of your quads

    The outer biceps, I like to do standing hammer curls and preacher curls with close grip. Leg Extension for the upper quad, doing reps of 15-20, last set till failure.
