all right then i gave u guys two hours i guess ill just have to go to the encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding,![]()
do close grip curls to hit more of your outer biceps, and try close stance squat to blast more of your quads
The outer biceps, I like to do standing hammer curls and preacher curls with close grip. Leg Extension for the upper quad, doing reps of 15-20, last set till failure.
