My max box squat has gone up almost 100 lbs in 2 months by doin these excercises heavy.... about 2 months ago i got 475 beltless on a box but i have been hitting good mornings and RDL's real heavy cuz i switched to a more of a westside approach and it has worked amazing!!! today i got a 575 box squat with a belt..im just so pumped i usually never post numbers cuz it sound conceited but im am estatic.... 705 full squat should be mine in November!!!
I reccommend anyone this to anyone trying to get there squat or dead up for PL or BB purposes
