Endurance
i will be going to the military in about 5 months and, want to get in the best shape possible because i will be going for a career field in the special forces.been doing a lot of cardio and dieting to cut unwanted fat...trying to get away from the blocky, thick look to a more athletic lean look. im just a little confused on how i should be training since im use to a more BB approach. any suggestions???

Get Stew Smith's Navy SEAL Workout book....from a store, or amazon...
Its a 3-4 month long kickass workout. Im actually about to start in 2 weeks.
Talk about running and swimming for miles....and pushing out 200 push ups no problem...

I was thinking about SEALs, but you have to be able to swim like a fish, lol, which Im not very good. I might do that workout for about a few years, then look into the Force Recon, or just being an officer of some type.
In the book, no weights are used, just pushups, situps, pullups, dips, free body squats, running, swimming, and lots of other stuff....
I hope you like the book and good luck....IM pretty excited to start it myself, but I got a feeling it will kick my ass..lol
