Chest gains
I feel like ive hit a brick wall with gains in my chest (size,strength)..i change my workouts from lower reps to higher reps every 2-3 weeks, normally work out chest twice a week,3 exercises once,2 the second workout...anyone find a method or created their own to get them over this hump?..im not on any AAS right now, just protein, clean diet...23 yo,6'4,220,10-12% bf

Try training your chest once a week instead of twice. The extra time off should help you recover and help you break through that brick wall you've hit.

i also agree that the program should be at least 6-8 weeks. then after that change it drastically for another 4-6, then go back to the 6-8 (original) plan.
