    Chest gains

    I feel like ive hit a brick wall with gains in my chest (size,strength)..i change my workouts from lower reps to higher reps every 2-3 weeks,normally work out chest twice a week,3 exercises once,2 the second workout...anyone find a method or created their own to get them over this hump?..im not on any AAS right now,just protein,clean diet...23 yo,6'4,220,10-12% bf

    Try training your chest once a week instead of twice. The extra time off should help you recover and help you break through that brick wall you've hit.

    agreed, hit it hard once, and thn have plenty of rest time. i also wouldnt change th routine as often as 2 weeks. often i stick w/ the same routine for 4-6 weeks before changing it up.

    Cool,once a week it is.i just hate feeling like im not doing enough but i guess sometimes less is more....

    i also agree that the program should be at least 6-8 weeks. then after that change it drastically for another 4-6, then go back to the 6-8 (original) plan.
