    diet/routine question

Heres myquestion. I always thought o cuting (low weight/high reps) and bulking (heavy weight/low reps). I am cutting and need to stay cuttin for a while longer to reach my goals but am tired of the low weight high rep. Can I stay on my cal deficit diet/cardio and swith up to a heavy weight low rep routine and still be lossing the fat?? Ifigured maybe i could keep the muscle if I switched it up this way.
what is your opinions? did i make myself clear? lool

    Omg.

Ok, The Whole "high Rep/low Weight" Mentality....throw That Shit Out The Window. The Only Thing That Needs To Change Is Your Diet...not Your Routine! If The Opportunity To Move Up In Weight Presents Itself, Do It. Regarless Of Reps. If You Can Only Do It 3 Reps And Thats To Failure...good. Failure Failure Failure.
