I am bulking at the moment but not sure how much cardio I should do in a week. Have not really been doing much but I know that I have to,to keep the heart healthy. Any advice guys ?

3 Times a week in the am should be sufficient. It'll also help keep unwanted fat off.
prolly about 1hr a week is what i whould do .
3 times a week should be ok pending on how much fat you are eating?
on a empty stomach ?

Yea, but for bulking i would do PWO for 20 mins... your in the gym for like 3 times a week, that'll be your hour of cardio.
Like Insane said, it is a far second to AM, but when bulking it'll help keep some fat off while the lbs keep coming.
