I've read a few articles that explain about trisets, baseically a super set but use three exercises. mostly just for bi's and tri's.
I have a whole bunch of them now and want to know if I can do three different tri set routines for a n arm day basically, 3 sets of a tri set, then another 3 sets of a different tri set, and a third one.

Do you think this is over trainning a bicep? I guess the real way to find out is to just go to the gym and hit it up and see how i feel, but do you guys think that it would work help the bi's grow.
