    quick pro quo....iso or both....?

    machines that can be used isolateral wise.....

    will they work ur areas better then using both ways at same time???

    i ponder this alot...

    i will iso it up for the back machines

    but not for chest....difference???

    anytime you can isolate a muscle group, is good you are souly focused just on that muscle group and that muscle alone, i assume you are talking about Hammer Stregth equipment ? i love hammer stregth's back equipment that stuff really help isolation

    Well, hard to tell i do both. but in general i try to isolate my muscles most of the time .. in the end i wanna train a caertain muscle and not the whole body.

    Moreover "the big 3" compound movements are not that benefical i feel. Heavy squats and rows tend to broaden your waist and hips and flat bench hurts your shoulders in the long run.. I do variations of these which are far better IMO..

    i agree....benching does mess my shoulder joints up, so ill switch it up with dumbells...

    squatting is not for me...well it is., but i mean free weights, my knees get tight so i have to use a machine
