Hi Guys Do you think this is ok or maybe working out to much and not inough time to recover?
Mon - Legs/shoulders (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
Tue - Chest/Tri (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
Wed - Back/Bicepts (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
Thu - Chest (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
Fri - arms (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
Sat - off
Sun - Off
