    Recovery

    Hi Guys Do you think this is ok or maybe working out to much and not inough time to recover?

    Mon - Legs/shoulders (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
    Tue - Chest/Tri (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
    Wed - Back/Bicepts (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
    Thu - Chest (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
    Fri - arms (morning cardio 45m 70% Heart rate)
    Sat - off
    Sun - Off

    Overtraining arms and Chest IMO. If you hit them hard enough, once a week is more than enough.

    So are you saying that it is ok to do then 2 times or you cannot overtrain arms and chest?

    No I am saying you are overtraining them by doing them twice a week.
    Here is what I do

    Mon Chest/Biceps
    Tues Back/Triceps
    Wed Off
    Thurs Shoulders
    Friday Legs
    Sat Off
    Sun Off

    I guess I will do cardio 2 times those days off,I am trying to loose some poundage

    You can do cardio every morning of the week if you want, although I never do it on leg days
