the problem is when i do chest my front delts get very tired...they are pretty strong though.......it happens more when i do hammer machines for wide bench and decline...........they really get tired when doing pec decs......dont know why
i dont believe that i need to strengthen my shoulder i think it might have more to do with technique
for chest i tend to do(i alternate db's barbell and hammer machines weekly)

decline
and pec decs or cable cross
