I Love the ironman HIT, but i remeber seeing him post up an updated version, or "improved Version" of his famous HIT program. It was alittle different, and had you changing exercises from workout to workout, does anyone have this, i cant find it

I am well versed on the HIT routine but have never seen the one you are talking about.Quote:
