    Arnold supination db curls

    I am reading this article about arnold in muscle and fiction. Arnold says that when doing biceps he always focused on supinating his palms outward as far as he could. he belived that this action is what helped him peak his biceps.

    turning your palms outward. pronation is to turn inward, to supinate is to turn outward

    doing that will help form the peak on your bicep

    This definition seems confusing sust....It may be easier to say it like this:
    Just a thought man, no disrespect.

    Pronated means palms facing away from you (reverse grip)
    Supinated means palms facing you (bicep curl with straight bar)
