Workout schedule
Monday- Tris
tuesday- biceps,Legs
wensday- chest,calves
thursday-back,traps
friday-shoulders
saturday-chest,calves
sunday-off
Think ill be giving my chest enough tiem to heal?

I'm not to fond of shoulder work the day before chest... Maybe flip thursday & friday

Can you say OverTraining?
How about breaking the week up and throwing in a day or two of rest. You're going to burn yourself out quick. You don't make all your gains in the gym, the body needs time to rest and recover and then when you come back you're rejuvenated and ready to focus on the next few days. Don't forget about nutrition!
