Mon - Chest,abs
Tues - Back
Weds - quads,hams,calfs
Thurs - Shoulders
Friday - Biceps.triceps,abs
I do this as sat and sun i am unable to train or i would have a rest day on a thursday and move bis tris to sat.
Im keen to see others splits as im going to have a change around. I think its good to change routine every month or so.
