    Post Your Split

    Mon - Chest,abs
    Tues - Back
    Weds - quads,hams,calfs
    Thurs - Shoulders
    Friday - Biceps.triceps,abs

    I do this as sat and sun i am unable to train or i would have a rest day on a thursday and move bis tris to sat.

    Im keen to see others splits as im going to have a change around. I think its good to change routine every month or so.

    Wed- Legs/ bi
    Thur - shoulders
    Fri - chest/ tri (and i do some one offs for some body parts)
    Sat - Legs

    20 to 30 minutes on the stair mill when i feel like it

    chest and triceps,back and biceps,shoulders,legs,and abs every other day....As long as I get them in I usually don't care what days, so I switch them up..

    work out 1-chest, shoulders, triceps. workout 2-legs, back, biceps, forearms, and calfs. i workout monday,tuesday, thursday, saturday. 2 exercises for each bodypart, and 3 sets for each exercise. it allows me to hit every body part twice a week, and ive got the recovery ability to benefit off of it. high frequency is great, for those it works for.

    yeah, except your shoulder+forearm day is separate from your bi/tri day. I've never really done anything special for forearms, does that make a big difference for you?
