Here is the problem. I do a bodypart a day, Monday through Friday and make some gains but I feel I can hit the same muscle 5 days later, not 7.

I do a 1 on, 1 off routine and make strength gains and feel great but size does not come as fast.

Does anyone have examples of a happy medium that they would like to share?

Every year I do a str8 up calorie explosion for 5-6 weeks with MAD gains but I am always trying to get new ideas on splits that might help me more.
