    Where can i learn how to bench press?

    Like a Powerlifter

    i know there are differences - tuck in elbows while bringing bar down, arch back, there is certainly a lot more to it, can you guys suggest a website that shows how to do this?

    i have looked one some websites the most useful info i got was from exrx.net
