    Taking a rest on cycle.

I hit the gym hard with alot of intensity. On on week 5 of my cycle. I'm starting to feel a bit tired and my joints are a bit sore. I know its time for a short rest. But at the same time I dont have that over trained feeling, probably because of the AAS helping me recover. Should I rest a bit while on cycle or just grinde through it?

What do you mean by "rest"? Should you take a day off? Yes. Should you take more than two days off? No.

I hope you were in great shape before your cycle. You should not be burned out only 5 weeks in. Your diet may need some review.

It sounds like your nervous system, connective tissues, etc. are just trying to keep up with the stress of your muscles growing faster and your body working harder.

Oh yes, i'm in good shape. I just work out so damn hard that when I'm not on any AAS I take 3-4 days off every 3 weeks. I've been using X-reps routine with great success. So, maybe just an extra day will rejuvinate me a bit.

Maybe you need to change your ways a little. I started working out every other day about three months ago (4 days on 3 days off per week) and I really like it. This is what works best for me.

I would hate to take three or more days in a row off at any time during a cycle, IMO.
