I'm gonna start DC training shortly which involves rest pauses on all muscle groups except heavy upper leg movements
I use to do rest pause training and it really helped increase my overall strength.
I just started doing it. what pinn means is that to continue growing in size and strength you have to beat your last weeks weight and/or reps....he utilizes rest pauses to help accomplish this; usually a 3-8 second rest with a max of 3 rest pauses on a final set.
