I would also like to know, my elbows have been hurting more lately. they also crack and make weird popping noises when I do skull crushers.. BIGPHIL have you tried any joint supplements like "NOW Joint Support"?

Im taking glucosomine and plenty of good fats at the moment. As i said prevously i strap both elbows now which gives extra supoport.I think my best option may be to lay of a day or two on training.

As far as exercises go skull crushers are the worst for elbow joints along with weighted dips..Heavy deadlifts also

Yes I agree skull crushers give your elbows a beating.. I went easy for a couple days do to lots of soreness.. I've been training really hard.. put on about 18lbs naturally the last 3 months..so I lifted easy a couple of days and gave body a break and elbows seem alot better. So giving them a break might work out well. Getting ready to kick it back into gear monday.
