    problem

    i used to work out alot but i stoped around march today was my first time lifting weights since then, i couldnt lift hardly anything i was benchn 225 before now i have trouble with 135 its not that i cant do it its that my muscles are gettn tired, do i have to start all over again to bench what i was or what, i dont look like i lost muscle i lost 40 pounds but it was from doing extacy

    Dude you have lost a lot of stregth which is normal. But dont worry, havnt you heard of muscle memory ? Just start off again at a weight you can handle. You will be back up there in no time just stick at it !!!

    You will bounce back faster then it took you to get there orginally. I did the same thing took time off and it sucked getting back. I was squatting 315 , when i got back i was doing 185 and it was killing me
    Give it time.

    Give it about a month your strength will come back pretty quick, just train hard.

    Probably not the best diet I've heard of, Extacy? You lost 40 lbs, shit bro sounds like you have a drug problem. Hope you got a hold on that part of your life.

    hang in there and increase slowly but always push your limits so youre getting soemthing from your workouts. You're strength should be back in no time.
