for those who do SLL. I've heard various ways of doing it. Keep your legs almost locked but bent a bit. and others say lock the knees out. I've done it both ways and feel that locking my knees allows me to feel the hams work much better, but I am afraid that locking the knees puts more strain on thelower back.
what are some of your opinions? lock knees or not. and what is the best way to not blow out the lower back?
