im 6'4 245....just need a good split....Right now im doing this:
chest alone
back bi's together
shoulder's tri's together
leg's alone.
any other splits that work out better?

Day 1 - Chest, Bi's & abs
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Rest (cardio)
Day 4 - Shoulders & Tri's
Day 5 - Back, calves, & abs
Day 6 - Rest (cardio)
Day 7 - repeat cycle
mon chest/tris
tue quads/calves
wed lats/bis
thu lowerback/hams
fri delts/traps
sat off
sun off
