For all those posting workout routines for critiques and comments, please don't just write out your split and ask for opinions. You need to at least list sets & reps so that we can make accurate assessments of your routines. Just because you list a decent split, your routine may still need help.
I know it takes time but if you expect people to take the time to respond then you need to do a little bit of legwork as well.

Just trying to help you guys get more feedback on your routines.
