if your abs have been significantly developed then as you lose bf you will begin to see them more clearly defined.keep up a strong ab workout while cutting
I moved my ab exercises to the start of my workouts (twice a week). I find the intensity is increased and I'm able to keep a better form because I'm not wasted from other workouts. My routine consists of floor crunches, leg raises, decline sit ups (twisting), and occasionally reverse crunches.
Do lower abs first.
