    SEAL Workout

    Holy Shit! So I just started it today. And its just day 1 of the pre-workout 3 months.

    I can already tell its gonna kick my ass! Did bout 130 pullups, and thats after the 300 or so pushups....added with the 200 crunches/situps.

    And thats only pre workout day 1!

    If anyone wants to get in the best shape of their life, and increae their strength and endurance through the roof. I recommend this::

    lol Ive had the book, but just started few days ago. And no, no weight training at the same time. With this, Ill be doing something everyday but Sunday, and my strength and endurance will sky rocket. When the 4 months are over, Im gonna jump back to weights and maybe do a HST workout for a little mass.
