what kind of cardio did you do that gave you the best results in a cutting cycle?
for me interval training for 50 min at 80% and normal walk at 90% for 1 hour 6X week gave me good results...

i like the anticatabolic effects of gear mixed w/ one night/ morning a week of dancing on the soundfactory stage. 7-8 hrs of that and i've never ever been more shredded.![]()
Maybe you should put that workout in your book.
I'd like to see everyone's opinions on cardio during a cutting cycle too. I've always done the basic 40 minute jog, 5 times a week, but I know thats not always effective.
I do 2 miles as fast as i can at that time and the fat just peels away. Right now im fat cause i just got done bulking naturally. So im extremely fat compared to before. But any way with my way i went down from 220 to 160 in 4 months. Its unreal how good my cardio is when i want it. i got up to doing 2 miles in 9.5 minutes. Wish it was that easy for me to gain muscle. TRY IT!!!!!!!
That is incredible tripple H.... Nothing works for me. I am either skinny and lean or big and puffy.

Probably swimming or boxing...haven't been lean in a while..damn..lol..thats patheic..I can't even remember

short and intense workouts are the key, throw in a long day once/week
