What is the proper form to do this exercise?
What I want to avoid to the max is the use of the triceps. On the first two sets I feel it in my upper lats, on the 3rd and 4th I start feeling it on my triceps so I lower the weight, can any one tell me how hi and how low do I have to go in order to use the triceps the least. I keep the reps hi on this one arond 25-30 reps for 4 sets.
