    One week of doing nothing?

    Hey,

    I was ending a 8 week heavy lift cycle. I was taking a week off to recoup. Do you guys also rest from the cardio? Or do you continue with cardio? I was thinking about ramping it up for the week.

    3 days of 30min cardio should be fine

    when i take a week off from training.. i take a week off from EVERYTHING

    Cardio included.

    Eat lots of vegetables.. .drink lots of water.

    Reduce your overall caloric intake... let your body rest man.

    Ditto, I'm just that kind of nature...I'm either doing it 100% or not at all, makes no sense to half ass it, either go all the way or not at all

    Thanks I did hit the heavy bag last night but I'm gonna listen to you guys and take the week off
