My new workout routine what do u think??
Hey whats up, i just want some help with my workout routine. If there is anything that u think will help me out please let me no.
Monday: Chest and Calves
Tuesday: Back and calves
Wednesday: quads
Thursday: Biceps and Triceps
Friday: shoulders
saturday: hamstrings and calves
sunday: rest
The only problem is i think its only in my head i feel like after its been a week and i am ready to work out my body part again i feel like that body part got smaller after a week. And i also do cardio 4 days a week for about 30-45 minutes.

forgot to say the reason why i do quads and hamstrings on different days is i try to do my quads till i cant move anymore and i dont feel like doing hamstrings the same day

Why so much calves? I am assuming you have chicken calves...or maybe they are your favorit muscle....Other than that looks pretty good

I don't like it at all. You are doing the 3 biggest muscle groups right in a row with no break. Calves two days in a row and then a 3rd later in the week. Then you do shoulders the day after you do triceps. Needs a lot of work if you ask me.

arent ur calves sore when u wake up on teusday? how could u work them out again?

i dont no y but no matter how hard i work on my legs they wont get that big same with my calves, but is there a good routine u could tell me to kinda favor the biceps and my chest a lil more, those are the 2 body parts i am most woried about.
