Hey whats up, i just want some help with my workout routine. If there is anything that u think will help me out please let me no.
Monday: Chest and Calves
Tuesday: Back and calves
Wednesday: quads
Thursday: Biceps and Triceps
Friday: shoulders
saturday: hamstrings and calves
sunday: rest
The only problem is i think its only in my head i feel like after its been a week and i am ready to work out my body part again i feel like that body part got smaller after a week. And i also do cardio 4 days a week for about 30-45 minutes.
