could you list your bicep workout?
straight bar
dead lifts, and squats
1.5-2 grams of protein. lots and lots and lots of brown rice
I actually try shifting bicep work out around a bit - i use the pull thing and a bench and change the height and where im hitting my biceps - in order to push my arms

their is nothing like the signal from holding the weight your deadlifting with that sais HOLY SHIT WE NEED BIGGER WIDER ARMS NOW!!!
sorry - been away
thnx 4 the suggestions
I think the squats / deads could be the answer - I'm not great with them as I'm not really trying to get bigger over all, just want a little more width on my arms
at the moment I'm doing ( sorry - I'm not very good with excercise names )
Standing EZ bar 8,7,6,5,4 + statics ( 88lbs + bar )
Alternating dumbell curl 8,7,6,5,4 + statics ( 50lbs )
Standing reverse grip straight bar ( cant remember weight, but pretty light cos my wrists cant handle much )
I haven't been doing any machine / isolation stuff for a while - would that help ?

Good call DSM!!
I was going to post that one as well.
I did some of those exercises and felt a lot different after just two weeks.
Try some of those Duke - you'll be glad you did.
