meal before cardio....bulking
I am bulking right now but still want to do some light cardio on my off days. should I carb up before my session on go on an semi-empy stomach?

if your bulking i wouldnt worry about having anything in your stomach before hand.

I would do an empty stomach 2-3 days per week. JMO.

empty stomache am green tea cardio, on off days
