I dont see how that can be overtraining. your only training everything once a week,Looks solid
ya my original was only 5 days rest between muscle groups but that made my chest workout 2 days after my Bi workout

Looks similar to mine except I do Legs with calves AND shoulder with Bis..u have it the other way around...that's cool too!
