    Overtraining?

    does this seem like i would overtrain? i wanna get as many workout days as possible on cycle.
    im runnin:
    500mgs/wk Test E
    75mgs/day Tren A

    1-Chest/Tri
    2-Back/Traps
    3-off
    4-Shoulders/legs
    5-Biceps/Calves
    6-off
    Repeat

    I dont see how that can be overtraining. your only training everything once a week,Looks solid

    ya my original was only 5 days rest between muscle groups but that made my chest workout 2 days after my Bi workout

    Looks similar to mine except I do Legs with calves AND shoulder with Bis..u have it the other way around...that's cool too!
