hey guys. and ladies..
how many times a week do you work out each muscle group?? do you try and get each muscle group in twice a week.. or do you spread each muscles workout through out the week. and only do it once?
im only doing each muscle once right now.. giving my muscles a good 5-6 day rest inbetween.. but ive been having a problem lately with results and gaining weight.. i was thinking if i could get in each muscle group twice a week.. i could grow faster.. but im afraid of over training.. and not giving my muscles the right amount of time to rest, and grow.. is there anybody how works out each muscle group twice a week? how does that work out for you.. and do you get overly tired during the week?
