What should I do for slope shoulders?

I been workin' out for 2 years now and I can't bring my shoulders up. I have a narrow frame, I do a lot of lateral raises but can't seem to bring my shoulders up. Any suggestions?

I had slope shoulders too... until I added more rear delt exercises to my regimen... you'll be surprised..lateral raises are great for side delts but growing your rear delts help create that round cannonball look and helps your shoulders look more full from al angles..

Train back/rear delts. Possibly an imbalance. My shoulders used to be like that when all I would do was train chest and never train back.

wide grip chins or reg grip chins. a broader back would make your shoulders less sloped.

    Try :

Cleans, Push Presses, Chins as stated below and if you're body will comply, then definately do Arnold Presses (Don't go too heavy, do htem nice and slow with a pause at the static bottom)
